Privacy Notice

My Life's Vault is operated by Agile Fintech FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data you submit through the service.

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to concierge@mylifesvault.com.

• Account data — email, name, password hash, authentication factors (passkeys, TOTP), phone number if you add one.
• Vault content you choose to store — wills, documents, finances, insurance, health information, digital accounts, wishes, memories, dependents and trusted contacts. You decide what to put in.
• Billing data — plan, subscription status, and limited transaction metadata from our payments provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Operational data — IP address, device/browser, audit logs of security-relevant actions (sign-in, exports, releases), support messages.

• To provide the vault, authenticate you, and keep your data secure.
• To deliver features you trigger — wills, witness flows, emergency releases, reminders, AI assistance.
• To send service emails (security alerts, password resets, account changes). Marketing email is opt-in only.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

For users in the EU/EEA we rely on the following GDPR legal bases:

• Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent fraud and improve the product.
• Consent — for optional cookies, marketing emails, and AI features that process vault content.
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email concierge@mylifesvault.com. We respond within 30 days.

Users outside the EU/EEA receive equivalent rights to access, correct and delete their data on request.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors we need to run the service:

• Hosting & database — our cloud infrastructure provider.
• Email delivery — to send transactional and security emails.
• Payments — to process subscriptions.
• AI assistance — only when you use Aria or other AI features; prompts may be processed by our AI gateway provider.

All processors are bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved under GDPR.

We keep your account and vault data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, vault content and personal data are permanently erased within 30 days, except for limited records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and modern authentication including passkeys and authenticator-app two-factor. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable biometric or 2FA sign-in.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add optional analytics in the future, they will only run after you accept them in the cookie banner — you can reject at any time and we'll respect that choice.

My Life's Vault is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
